| SLRS 4211 is seen at its new home of Westville NJ early on the morning of 11/13/12. The 4211 will be used to move the heavy cuts of crude oil that are unloaded for the Sunoco Logistics Westville Tank Farm. The unit was built as ATSF 6354 and is wearing paint that was applied at the ATSF's Topeka Shops in Sept of 1990. |
